Joseph Sepot Architects (JSA) is a full-service architecture firm with a breadth of technical and design expertise in all aspects of the architectural process. JSA offers services in site analysis, programming, interior design and space planning, schematic design through construction documents, and construction administration.
Since 1996, the firm has designed a wide range of projects of varying scale and purpose for residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, and research clients. JSA approaches each project through thoughtful analysis, methodical review, and meaningful dialogue with primary stakeholders in order to deliver innovative design solutions that are tailored to each client's distinct objectives and goals. As a testament to the firm’s professionalism, integrity, and high quality of design services, JSA has been commissioned to work on new construction and renovation projects with many of the same clients over the past 27 years.
Located in Branford, Connecticut, the firm is licensed in the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New York, and it is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Our Team
Each team member brings to the expanding priorities of Joseph Sepot Architects and its clients extensive experience in all aspects of the architectural process and interior design. JSA employs the latest Autodesk technologies to produce comprehensive construction documents at a high level of detail and precision. With Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, and SketchUp, team members create extensive 3D models for in-house use and coordination with consultants to maximize efficiency between project disciplines. Photo-realistic renderings are produced both as an in-house design development tool and for client dialog and presentations.
