Located in the Pine Orchard waterfront community, this existing home was renovated and expanded to extend the living spaces on the ground floor. On the exterior, a brightly lit dining room with a vaulted wood ceiling was added to the west elevation.

The addition’s proportions, gable roofline, and array of casement windows, matches the existing living room also on the west elevation, thus creating a balanced symmetry.

The newly expanded kitchen includes a 12 foot long island with inset cabinetry, pendant lighting, white oak flooring, and an arched soffit.
