TeamDigital Promotions, Inc. is a data-driven marketing agency that specializes in growing brand awareness by connecting businesses with customers across digital mediums, while its Project Support Team division handles the execution of sweepstakes, games, and contests for large companies and brands.

As a growing company itself, TeamDigital required an extensive interior renovation of recently acquired commercial space located in a 300-acre corporate park in Bethel, Connecticut. JSA was tasked with creating a vibrant, cohesive work space that would optimize work areas and storage, improve organization, facilitate workflow, as well as inspire creative thinking and team collaboration.

The program for the spacious 6,300 square foot facility included a casual visitor’s lounge and reception area, conference room, kitchenette, gymnasium, seven private offices, in addition to separate communal work areas for the editorial, art, photography, and advertising sales departments.

The conference room facilitates in person and remote collaboration, with ample seating for fourteen and teleconferencing capabilities. The large insulated glass windows, which open to the corridor, permit daylight and visibility but also mitigate sound. The maple credenza, conference table, and mobile podium complement the deep blue bordered carpet. The company’s on-site fitness facility has natural as well as suspended linear ceiling lighting and emphasizes the company’s concern for employee morale, well-being, and retention.
